Tracy Taylor
Board President & Co-Founder

Tracy is a business guy by education and experience (corporate and entrepreneur.) He was involved in the start-up of a company that became a Fortune 100 company, and he later built and sold an oil and gas company in the Panhandle of Texas. He is “all in” for the ministry and excited to make a difference for God’s Kingdom.

Tracy is also highly proficient in archery, though a few of our chairs have been "winged" by a stray arrow or two!

Kim Taylor
Board Vice President & Co-Founder

Kim has a background in corporate retail including a degree in fashion marketing from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. But don’t let that fool you; she loves horses and finds nothing
better to do than working in a horse barn with her husband, Tracy, and their son.

Kim always dreamed of mucking stalls for God’s glory!

Scott Cunningham
Discipleship Director

Scott attended Dallas Seminary and served as a full-time student pastor for ten years, and later as a bi-vocational pastor at a non-denominational Bible church.  He spent three years teaching at Boys Ranch and two years teaching Bible at San Jacinto Christian Academy.  He is passionate about teaching students at LifeTree Legacies how to defend their faith and better understand the Bible, allowing Jesus to redeem and transform lives.

When he grows up, Scott hopes to one day surpass the athletic abilities of Coach Reese and Coach Rod!


​Julian Reese
Athletic Director

Julian is well-suited for this role, having a strong, biblically-based Christian faith
and an accomplished background in sports. He was a Division I athlete and has served
as a coach and teacher at the middle school level. Julian was the quarterback and subsequently the head coach of the Amarillo Venom professional indoor arena football team taking them to multiple championships. Julian oversees the athletic training at LifeTree Legacies.

A student who is disrespectful might find Coach Reese encouraging himself or herself to do a few extra push-ups!


Roddrick Watkins
Athletic Trainer

Roddrick Watkins, a former college football player, has been an athletic trainer at LifeTree Legacies for several years. Coach Rod is a bi-vocational pastor who knows the Scriptures well and serves on the varsity football coaching staff at Amarillo High School.

Rod enjoys interacting with LifeTree students and "whooping up" on them in basketball "knock out" after ministry nights, with his seemingly supernatural shooting skills!


Karr Ingham, Board Member

Karr is an economist by training and experience. Along the way he has served as a church administrator and knows his way around
the non-profit world. Karr serves as a consultant to a number of large professional organizations in the state of Texas.
