Apply as a student.
Thank you for taking an interest in LifeTree Legacies. We are honored that you are considering participation in our program. Young men and women ages 13-19 are eligible to apply to the teen program on Mondays or Thursdays, and the college-age/young adult program will also be offered on Mondays or Thursdays this semester (usually for one hour). We ask that the interested applicant (NOT a parent/guardian) complete the application. You may apply using the form below (please text Scott at the number below when it is submitted), or you may print the form and fill out a hard copy.
The program at LifeTree Legacies consists of a 14-week semester offered each fall and spring. Throughout each semester, participants attend a session one night a week on Mondays, or Thursdays, usually from 6:30-8:30p. If you choose to come to LifeTree Legacies, you will have the opportunity to learn about discipleship in the first hour and receive professional training in an activity in the second hour. The activities include either athletics (strength and conditioning), woodworking (limited spots depending on availability of instructors), horse training (limited spots) or other activities offered at different times depending on the participants and instructors available (archery, entrepreneurship, baseball, etc.) You will also have the opportunity before and after ministry on most nights of playing basketball ("knock out") in our full-length gym.
Volunteers and staff members are required to pass a criminal background check in order to serve at LifeTree Legacies.
Following the completion of the application, we will contact you with more details and possibly an interview. If you have any questions about the program or the application, please feel free to contact Scott Cunningham at 806-437-0093 or Tracy Taylor at 806-570-2518.
